Compositions at Prague Spring International Festival

Martin Hybler’s composition was first presented at 55. venue of International Prague Spring Festival in 2000. Being only twentythree years old, Martin became the youngest author played at this festival. Audience could enjoy his composition for chamber string orchestra Remembering – Hommage a’ Zdeněk Fibich. Fibich, one of the most important Czech romantic authors, celebrated anniversary during that year. Composition was played by Suk Chamber Orchestra with conductor Gudni Emilsson in Dvořák Hall, Rudolfinum, Prague.


In 2015 Concerto for Oboe and Orchestra by Martin Hybler was chosen as debut piece by young Czech conductor Marek Šedivý and winner of the last Oboe Prague Spring Competition Venue Johannes Gross. Concert was held at Great Smetana Hall of Prague Municipal House.
